Curb Appeal Project

This landscape project was completed by our team in June of 2019 in Kitchener, ON. The customer had recently purchased the home and the landscape was dated and neglected over the course of 30 years. The old landscape included concrete walkways & steps that had cracked & heaved, and also had a small pressure-treated lumber retaining wall that was rotting and failing to do its job. Over the course of 10 days on-site we removed all the old concrete and had it recycled, removed the failing retaining wall and transformed the front of the home into an appealing entranceway that had an incredible boost to the home’s curb appeal. We replaced the concrete walkways with beautiful Techo-Bloc Blu 60mm interlocking stone and installed Banas monolithic natural stone steps to the front door. The small retaining wall was reconstructed using Wiarton guillotined armour stone & elevated to make it a stunning feature wall. To finish the project off we installed Kichler landscape lighting and a pondless bubbling rock basalt column water feature.
